Guidelines

• Payment plans can be discussed

• You may use the retexture for personal use only unless commercial use is agreed upon.

• Avatar retextures will ALWAYS include both Quest and PC versions but NOT all clothes will be due to quest being limited on size.

Payment & Revision

• I only accept payments through PayPal / CashApp / Venmo more payment methods to come

• Revisions are free until after the first update. If after the first update you don't have any changes you'd like to make all details are final.

Process & Delivery

• As soon as I get paid, I will start your retexture as soon as possible;

• Delivery time will be decided according to the commission type and complexity of the avatar retexture or assets included in the order.

• Commissions are delivered via E-mail or Discord. There is no physical product.

Copyright Policy

The artist holds all the rights to the commissions retexture

• I have the right to upload the Avatar retexture on any social platform and/or include the retexture in my portfolio. If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know; I Only do this to improve my portfolio

• I have the right to blacklist a client if they're caught committing copyright infringement;

Refunds

• I reserve the right to cancel or refund the order at any time for any reason;

• If I can't seem to start/finish the commissioned retexture due to personal reason, I'll refund the client in full;

• Full/Partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished retexture. I will always ask if the client wants to change anything or if they are satisfied;

• If the client would like to cancel the order and I haven't started yet, 100% of the full price will be refunded. If I'm in the process of creating the retexture 70% will be refunded;

• If the client hasn't sent over the full payment after 72 hours they or I have the right to cancel the commission
